St. John Neuromuscular TherapyTrigger Point Therapy

 The Stretching Process

Active/Assisted - stretch with assistance
Passive - the stretch is done for you
PNF - Resistive stretch - tricks the muscle to achieve a stretch

 AMMA - Oriental form of Massage - balance's the body's energy by Accupressure points/Meridians

Upledger Institute CranioSacral Therapy -
very gentle, non-invasive technique that balances the CranioSacral pulse

Myofacial Release - releases muscle tension with gentle movements/stretches/compression

Hour session - $100
1/2 Hour session - $65
